Barhill Carpark
 

This quiet carpark sits at the top of a hill and is the starting point for three waymarked trails.

How to get there:

Barhill Carpark is in Barhill which is part of Galloway Forest Park. Kirkcudbright is the nearest town or village.

From Newton Stewart:, A75 signposted Dumfries, turn right onto the A755 just after Gatehouse of Fleet signposted Kirkcudbright. Straight on through Kirkcudbright, then turn left, up past Safeway's, straight on for half a mile then right into the carpark.
