How to get there:

Kirroughtree is part of Galloway Forest Park. Newton Stewart is the nearest town or village.

By Car:
From Newton Stewart, take the A75 to Palnure, turn left at Palnure, signposted Kirroughtree Visitor Centre.

From New Galloway, take the A712 to Newton Stewart, turn left at the road junction on to the A75 to Palnure. Turn left at Palnure, signposted Kirroughtree Visitor Centre.

By Bus:
Take service 431, Newton Stewart to Kirkcudbright. Get off the Bus at Palnure for short walk to Kirroughtree Visitor Centre.
