Kirroughtree Christmas Tree Sales Centre
 

Re-vamped for 2008, a Christmas event at Kirroughtree Visitor Centre not to be missed! On Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th December we'll have tree sales, Santa's grotto, games and quizzes.

Make this year's tree a lodgepole pine, sustainably grown in Scotland.

The visitor centre will be open for seasonal refreshments 10.30am - 4.00pm both days.

What's on

Saturday 6th December:
  • Santa arrives 10.30am
  • Santa's grotto open 11.00am - 12 noon, 1.30pm - 3.30pm
  • Tree Sales: 10.30am – 4.00pm.


  • Sunday 7th December:
  • Santa's grotto open 10.30am - 12 noon, 1.00pm - 4.00pm
  • Tree sales: 10.30am – 4.00pm.


  • Just turn up - no need to book. Bring waterproofs/warm clothing. No dogs please.

    How to get there:

    Kirroughtree Christmas Tree Sales Centre is in Kirroughtree which is part of Galloway Forest Park. Newton Stewart is the nearest town or village.

    From Newton Stewart:, Take A75 signposted Dumfries for 3 miles. Turn left at Palnure signposted Kirroughtree Visitor Centre.
    From New Galloway: Take A712 to Newton Stewart. Turn left at T-junction onto A75. Turn left at Palnure signposted Kirroughtree Visitor Centre.
    By Bus: Service 431 from Newton Stewart to Kirkcudbright. Exit the bus at Palnure, a short walk from Kirroughtree Visitor Centre.
