Recreation at Hyndlee Forest Entrance
 

Drive down the forest road and park just over the concrete bridge. From here you can walk along the forest road beside the Hyndlee Burn up to the ponds and see the in-stream works that have been carried out.

How to get there:

Hyndlee Forest Entrance is in Hyndlee Forest which is part of Forests of the Scottish Borders. Hawick and Bonchester Bridge & Newcastleton are the nearest towns or villages.

From Hawick head to Bonchester Bridge on the A6088. Turn right on to the B6357 south towards Newcastleton for approximately three miles, Hyndlee forest entrance is on the left hand side.
